This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through oodia.co, operated by OODIA Oy, a company registered in Finland.

1. Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in the same condition as received;
- unused and undamaged;
- clean and complete;
- in its original packaging where reasonably possible;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization or return instructions may not be accepted.
2. EU Consumer Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the withdrawal period. You may contact us at:

or use any return or withdrawal function made available on our website where applicable.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Returned items should be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store, but if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to examine it and its value has decreased, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in all cases. In particular, it may not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by applicable law.
If you exercise your EU consumer withdrawal right for a non-defective product, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If your return is accepted under the EU withdrawal right, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid at checkout where required by applicable consumer law.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping option, such as express or premium shipping, we are not required to refund the additional cost of that upgraded delivery method.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please contact us at support@oodia.co before returning any item. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
4. Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request through your customer account or order status page, where this option is available. You can also contact us at:

Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
We offer a 24-hour cancellation request window after the order is placed, as long as the order has not already entered production, printing, fulfillment or shipping.
A cancellation request is not automatically approved. We will review the request and confirm whether the order can be cancelled.
Because many of our products are produced, printed, prepared or fulfilled after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible, even within 24 hours, if the order has already started processing.
After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders can usually no longer be cancelled.
This cancellation section does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply to you.
5. Personalized and Custom Products
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
This includes, for example, products customized with:
- customer-provided images;
- names;
- initials;
- custom text;
- personal messages;
- individually requested design elements;
- other individual specifications provided by the customer.
Please contact us before placing an order if you are unsure whether a product is personalized or returnable.
6. Made-to-Order Products
Some of our products may be produced, printed or prepared only after an order is placed.
A product being made after an order is placed does not automatically mean that it is personalized.
Made-to-order products that are not personalized may still be subject to applicable consumer return rights.
However, personalized or custom-made products made according to the customer’s individual specifications are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, wrong phone model selection or personal preference, unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
7. Product Appearance, 2D Design and Minor Variations
Our phone case designs are mainly produced using UV printing or heat transfer printing, depending on the product model, material and case type.
These methods create a 2D printed design on the surface of the phone case. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the design is not 3D printed, embossed, engraved, raised or physically textured.
Visual effects such as marble, metallic, glitter, brushstroke, watercolor, shadow, leather, fabric, stone, pearl or texture effects are part of the printed visual artwork only. They do not mean that the surface has a physical 3D texture or raised finish.
Slight differences between the product and the images shown on our website may occur due to lighting, screen settings, photography, product materials, printing methods or normal production variations.
The following are generally not considered product defects if the product otherwise matches the description and can be used normally:
- slight color differences caused by screens, lighting, photography or printing;
- minor placement differences in printed patterns;
- small differences in texture, gloss, finish or surface appearance;
- visual effects that are part of a 2D printed design rather than physical 3D texture;
- personal preference regarding color, style, design, finish or appearance.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
8. Incorrect Phone Model
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model before placing an order.
Phone models may look similar but have different sizes, camera layouts, button positions or MagSafe compatibility. Please carefully check your phone model before completing your purchase.
Orders placed with an incorrect phone model selected by the customer are not considered defective or incorrect.
If you believe you received the wrong phone case model, please contact us at support@oodia.co and include:
- your order number;
- a clear photo of the phone case received;
- a clear photo showing the model code printed inside the case, if available;
- a screenshot or photo showing the phone model you ordered.
We will verify the issue and arrange an appropriate solution if the wrong item was sent.
If you are unsure about your phone model, please contact us before placing your order.
9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

To help us review your request quickly, please include:
- your order number;
- clear photos or videos of the product;
- clear photos of the packaging, if relevant;
- a short description of the issue.
Please do not discard the product or packaging before contacting us, as photos, videos or further information may be required.
We will review your request and provide a suitable solution as soon as possible. Depending on the situation and applicable consumer law, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, price reduction or another appropriate solution.
10. Failed Delivery, Incorrect Address or Uncollected Packages
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and deliverable shipping information when placing an order.
This includes the correct:
- full name;
- street address;
- apartment, unit or building number, if applicable;
- postal code;
- city;
- country;
- email address;
- contact phone number.
If a package is returned to us or to our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missing or incorrect contact information, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package within the carrier’s collection period, any return shipping fees, carrier fees, failed delivery fees or reshipment costs may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you would like the order to be shipped again, additional shipping fees may apply.
If the delivery issue was not caused by you, please contact us as soon as possible at support@oodia.co with your order number and tracking information. We will communicate with the carrier or fulfillment partner and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
11. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, or once you provide proof that the item has been returned, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, unless another method is agreed with you.
For withdrawals under EU consumer law, we will reimburse eligible payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank, card issuer or payment provider to process and post the refund.
We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the returned item is used, damaged, incomplete, missing parts, not in its original condition, or does not meet the return conditions stated in this policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any return shipping fees, carrier fees, failed delivery fees or reshipment costs apply due to incorrect address information, refused delivery, uncollected packages or other customer-caused delivery issues, these costs may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, phone model or design, please contact us first. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model before placing an order. Choosing the wrong phone model is not considered a product defect.
13. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described:
- personalized or custom-made products;
- products customized with customer-provided images, names, initials, text or individual design choices;
- items that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery;
- items returned incomplete or missing parts;
- items not returned in accordance with our return instructions.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
