By visiting our website, browsing our products, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

3. Products
OODIA sells phone cases and related accessories.
We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors, brightness, textures, surface finish and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, product materials, printing methods and normal production variations.
Product descriptions, images, prices, collections and availability may be changed at any time without notice, unless this would affect an order that has already been accepted.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantity of any product available for purchase.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
4. Product Appearance and Design Technique
Phone case designs are mainly produced using UV printing or heat transfer printing, depending on the product model, material and case type.
These methods create a 2D printed design on the surface of the phone case. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the design is not 3D printed, embossed, engraved, raised or physically textured.
Visual effects such as marble, metallic, glitter, brushstroke, watercolor, shadow, leather, fabric, stone, pearl or texture effects are part of the printed visual artwork only. They do not mean that the surface has a physical 3D texture or raised finish.
Minor differences in color, placement, brightness, surface finish or print result are not considered defects if the product otherwise matches the description and can be used normally.
5. Phone Model Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model before placing an order.
Please carefully check your phone model before completing your purchase. Phone models may look similar but have different sizes, camera layouts, button positions or MagSafe compatibility.
We are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect phone model selected by the customer.

6. MagSafe and Product Compatibility
Some products may be described as MagSafe-compatible, magnetic, wireless charging compatible or suitable for specific device models.
Compatibility may depend on the exact phone model, device condition, charger, accessories, magnetic strength, alignment and other external factors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, phone cases and accessories are not sold as official Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola or other device-brand products. Brand names may be used only to indicate compatibility.
7. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
Your order is accepted only when we confirm the order by email, issue an order confirmation or otherwise begin processing the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- incorrect product, price or availability information;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- product unavailability;
- shipping restrictions;
- violation of these Terms;
- technical or system errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, processed or entered into production, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
8. Prices, Taxes and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, applicable tax rules and the information shown at checkout.
Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be calculated and shown during checkout where applicable.
For customers outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, discounts and promotions at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and payment information.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders to the countries or regions available at checkout.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed, unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed with you. Actual delivery times may vary due to production time, carrier delays, customs processing, local postal services, holidays, weather, strikes, high seasonal demand or events outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
For consumer orders, risk of loss passes to you when the product has been delivered to the delivery address, pickup point or other delivery location provided in your order.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply.

10. Returns, Exchanges and EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the applicable withdrawal period. You may contact us at support@oodia.co or use any withdrawal function made available on our website where required by applicable law.
Please contact us before returning any item. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging, unless the return concerns a faulty, damaged or incorrect product.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal for a non-defective product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in all situations. In particular, it may not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, such as products customized with customer-provided images, text, names, initials or other individual design choices.
For non-personalized products, the 14-day withdrawal right may apply unless an exception under applicable law is relevant.
Defective, damaged or incorrect products are handled separately under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@oodia.co as soon as possible and include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
11. Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
Some products may be produced only after an order is placed. Production after ordering does not automatically mean that the product is personalized.
Personalized or customized products are products made according to the customer’s individual choices or specifications, such as customer-provided images, names, initials, text or other personal design elements.
Because personalized or customized products are made specifically for the customer, they cannot normally be returned or refunded due to change of mind, wrong phone model selection, personal preference or incorrect information provided by the customer.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
12. Product Quality and Minor Variations
Our products may include printed, coated, electroplated, glossy, matte, transparent, flexible, hard-shell, MagSafe-compatible or other material features depending on the product type.
Minor manufacturing or printing variations may occur between product batches.
The following are generally not considered product defects:
- slight color differences caused by screens, lighting, photography or printing;
- minor placement differences in printed patterns;
- small differences in texture, finish, gloss or surface appearance;
- visual effects that are part of a 2D printed design rather than physical 3D texture;
- normal signs of use after delivery;
- damage caused by misuse, dropping, impact, bending, chemicals, excessive heat, improper cleaning, improper installation or improper removal;
- ordering the wrong phone model;
- personal preference regarding color, style, finish or appearance when the product matches the description.
If you believe your product has a real quality issue, please contact us with photos or videos so we can assess the case.
13. Care and Use of Products
Phone cases and accessories should be used with reasonable care.
To help protect the product, avoid excessive heat, strong chemicals, sharp objects, prolonged moisture, heavy impact, bending, or aggressive cleaning methods.
Our phone cases are consumer accessories and are not intended to provide guaranteed protection against all types of damage to your device. We are not responsible for damage to phones or other devices caused by drops, impact, misuse, improper installation, improper removal or other events.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names, product descriptions, layouts, designs, videos, brand elements and visual materials, is owned by OODIA Oy or used under license.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, resell, scrape or exploit any part of our website, products, designs, images or content without our prior written permission.
The name OODIA, our logo, brand identity, product designs and related visual materials may not be used without our written consent.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
15. Customer Content, Reviews and Feedback
If you submit feedback, reviews, photos, videos, suggestions or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Where you submit content for review, publication, social media sharing, promotional use or similar purposes, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt and share that content for the purpose of operating, improving or promoting our business, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You confirm that any content you provide does not contain unlawful, offensive, misleading, harmful or infringing material.
We may remove or refuse to publish customer content at our discretion.

Any purchase you make through our website is made directly with OODIA Oy, not with Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to operate our online store.
Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by OODIA Oy, the handling of orders, delivery, returns, refunds or customer service.
